Welcome to Pocket Lore. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pocket Lore and the person or business legally responsible for operating it, identified in Section 25.

Pocket Lore operates this online store and website, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. An order is considered accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the products, depending on the wording of the confirmation sent to you.

Please review your products, quantities, shipping address, and contact details carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once processing or shipment has begun.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Products are sold for personal use. Resale or commercial redistribution requires our prior authorization.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices may change at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted. The applicable price is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, except in the case of an obvious pricing error.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout where possible. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying them, provided this was disclosed before purchase.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days. Estimated transit times are:

• United States: 7–10 business days.

• Europe, Australia, and New Zealand: 7–12 business days.

These delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Products may be dispatched from a United Kingdom or international fulfillment location. When an order contains multiple products, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with us until you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. If you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us, different legal rules may apply.

Nothing in this section limits your rights if an order is delayed, lost, or damaged.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND LEGAL GUARANTEE

Pocket Lore offers a 30-day return period beginning on the date of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

This voluntary return policy does not limit the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal available to eligible consumers in the European Union or any applicable legal guarantee covering defective or non-conforming goods.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us and include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including text, graphics, photographs, product designs, logos, trademarks, videos, and other materials—are owned by Pocket Lore, its operator, or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the website for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from its content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to make our products and Services available.

Purchases made through this website are made directly from Pocket Lore’s legal operator, not from Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of Pocket Lore products and is not responsible for fulfilling transactions between you and Pocket Lore, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by Shopify.

SECTION 11 – PRIVACY

Personal information submitted through our Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how long it may be retained, the parties with whom it may be shared, and the rights available to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pocket Lore will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

SECTION 19 – INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to compensate Pocket Lore for reasonable losses resulting directly from your unlawful use of the Services, intentional misconduct, or material breach of these Terms.

This section does not apply where doing so would unfairly limit a consumer’s mandatory legal rights.

SECTION 20 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted or removed where necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

SECTION 21 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein and the information provided during checkout, constitute the agreement between you and Pocket Lore regarding your use of the Services and purchases made through the website.

Nothing in this section excludes representations or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
